How do I update my payment details?
You can provide payment details at the time of signup, via your customer portal, or by asking for help from service staff.

Please don't share sensitive information openly. At signup we only collect bank account information for direct debit. Via your customer portal and in our payment portal we happily collect card information as we pass it securely to the bank without recording it. When you speak to staff we will avoid collecting card information via email or phone.
