When and where can I see my meter data?

You should be able to see your electrical usage data 3-5 days from having a smart meter installed. Thereafter, data should be updated on a daily basis with a delay of about 24 hours.

Currently, you can view your data using the following two web apps:

• Energy Locals OSS (Online Self-Service Portal), and
• SAPN meter data portal.

Over time we will develop and release other web apps and mobile apps for customer use.
