You will continue to receive your energy, with no interruptions to your electricity supply.
Retail electricity contracts
In the event that we stop offering our retail electricity products, we will transfer your account to our licensed retail electricity partner Energy Locals without any interruption to your electricity supply. You will then have the choice to remain with them as a customer or not.
In the event that Energy Locals stops offering its retail electricity products, they will transfer your account to another retailer without interruption and you will again have the choice as to whether you want to remain with the new company.
Solar and battery contract
In the event that we stop offering our solar and battery subscription service, you will continue to receive all the services that were originally promised. We will simply novate our contractual obligations to a partner organisation and they will manage them for you.
