How soon will I receive my invoice?

We invoice monthly at the start of the month. If you join only shortly before we may opt to skip an invoice and send you one later, when you have been a customer for over a month.

If you have a smart meter we will bill you using actual data. If you have a basic meter we will estimate some of your monthly data.
